RV Four Winds 5000, model 24T, 2007. Barely used, only 12,000 miles. Chevy Vortec engine will last forever! 25 foot with 1 slide. Easy to drive and park. Perfect size - not too big, not too small. Everything works. Fridge, stove, microwave, furnace, hot water heater, generator (less than 100 hours). Large bunk above drivers cab, full size bed in read, dining table converts to another bed. Upgraded to larger TV/DVD/Speakers. 6 brand new tires (replaced last year). Lots of inside and outside storage, outside shower, backup camera installed. Ladder, hitch, bike rack. Can sleep 5-6 (we once had 7 people!). Had two water leaks - repairs this year. Could use a cleaning and some final cosmetic touches. We just don"t have the time. This will be a super great deal for somebody. No pets, no smoking, adult owned.
