Get the best of both worlds, A Heavy Duty platform with a living space. This thing is built tough, all steel frame including walls and roof supports. Professionally lifted 3" with a subframe to sit level with a 4x4 truck. Upgraded 7k# Torsion axles with 8 lug 16” aluminum wheels. Gladiator Tires have less than 1k miles and are load range G 14 ply and made in 2019. Everything works, Thermostat controlled heating and a NEW 15,000 btu ac, Auto lighting water heater, Hydraulic equalizing landing gear, 3600 watt generator with only 78 hours on it. new in series 6 volt golf cart batteries only 1 month old. Awning is sun damaged but comes with a new replacement in the box. Also Includes a full screen enclosure for awning. Fiberglass sides. Some of the decals are peeling, I cut/buffed it 1.5 years ago and the gel coat is in great shape. One piece aluminum roof, I resealed the edges last year. Overall in excellent shape. Clean clear AZ title in my name.
