Vehicle description
Buyer to receive this 2007 Ford 450 31 foot class C Conquest motor home. The motor home currently has 31,060 miles on it. It runs and drives good. Everything works inside: Stove, Fridge, Air conditioner, Heat, 2-TV"s, Generator. A new roof was installed just prior to my purchase in in 2015. I have only used the RV about 5 times since I made the purchase. In 2018 I replaced the Brakes, Rotors, Calipers at a cost of $3000. All of the batteries were replaced in the fall of 2020. I am selling the motor home well below the current market value because of the below slide out issue. The motor home has a current slide out issue. The slide out is 20 foot long and needs to be repaired by a professional. The slide out was over weighted and the front portion is badly hanging up! The front part of the slide out is currently sitting on the floor. The last time I had the slide out I had to use a combination of using the button and manually from underneath. When I brought it back in it ripped up part of the floor (Linoleum). This is not a motor issue, I tried a new motor. I believe that roller is broke or bent beneath the slide out and floor. When the slide out is in, were it currently is you lose access to the hallway between the kitchen and bed room. You can still access the bedroom from the bathroom. I cannot find anyone willing to work or fix the issue in my area. I simply want to cut my losses and move on. Please don"t bother me unless your serious about purchasing. Again this needs an expert to fix. I am pretty handy and this job is to much for me! The RV is currently being stored in ny barn in Waterford, NY.
