you are looking at a great running, good looking 2007 FLEETWOOD TERRA LX 34N CLASS A MOTORHOME that sleeps 8. sitting on a ford f-550 chassis, this motorhome is powered by the ever dependable 6.8L V-10 gas engine and automatic transmission. the motor runs great and the transmission shifts smooth. tires and brakes are in great shape. pretty clean inside and out this well equipped motorhome is ready for its new home. AS A CORRECTION TO THE VIDEO CONCERNING THE SERVICE LIGHT AND FRONT A/C. BOTH HAVE BEEN SERVICED AND FIXED SINCE THIS VIDEO WAS SHOT AND THE LISTING BEING POSTED. there are no service lights on and the a/c blows cold!
the exterior as you can see is in great condition. paint is in great shape minus a little bit of clear coat peel above windshield. the graphics show very nicely (as shown in pictures and video). the roof is in good condition and shows no signs of water leaks inside. the tires as shown have plenty of tread left on them. the awning is in good shape with no imperfections (see photos and video). . the outside of this limited production motorhome has a nice curb appeal. please make sure to watch video and look at pictures.
the interior of this motor home is in good condition. this beauty is packed with plenty of options. all the upholstery is in great shape with no major rips or tears. has some light staining in spots but should clean up nice. the vinyl wood grain floor and carpet looks good and has no soft spots. just a very functional lay out. when you need a snack the full service kitchen will supply all your needs. all in complete working order, the microwave, 3 burner stove, and oven are all in working order. to keep your food and beer cold, the full size fridge and freezer are in working order and runs on either electric or gas power. the double sink is a nice option . this motorhome was listed as winterized so the water system was not tested. being a santander financial bank repo, this clean titled motorhome had a third party company do condition report and listed everything as in working order. the full bath is really nice and works great when you wanna take a hot shower after a day in the sun. the master bedroom is spacious and has plenty of storage for clothes, mattress is in great shape. the double bunks are in great shape. and finally to control the climate the thermostats control the central heat and overhead air conditioning units with no issues. it is just a wonderful environment to be in and has plenty of space for any family on vacation.
