This camper was used by my family for trips between the house in Pennsylvania and New York. Other than that it"s been used for short around town camping trips and as a place for out of town guests to stay in. Although we didn"t put many miles on it. We took it in to the dealership for oil changes and annual state inspections and always have kept it plugged in.
The coach rides on a Spartan Chassis and has a 400hp Caterpillar Cat 9 Diesel Engine. It has a Diesel generator.
Just as a safety precaution, we put new tires on it 2 years ago and have only put 300 miles on them. The cost was approx $5,000.00 for the new tires installed.
It basically had every available option on it when it was new. cherry cabinetry, outdoor entertainment center, IN MOtion satellite TV system that tracks the satellites while driving, surround sound and more.

Three things I"d like to bring up before you drive or fly out: Both we have decided were not a big deal to us and did not fuss with, however if you took it to a camper dealership, I"m sure they could repair. 1) One small wall in the bedroom on the drivers side toward the front; the paneling swells and bows if the humidity is high. It has done it since it was new. 2) We had a water leak over the rear toilet. It has been sealed and all is good now. However inside, the ceiling panel had shrunk and left a small gap. 3) Most of the windows have a a "smokey fog look to them," my understanding is you could have them addressed by a company called the "Fog Doctor." Vehicle is being sold as-is. Local pickup in Saegertown, PA only.
