This clean new RV trade in with bunks can sleep up to 10 people comfortably . We plugged it in and all the electrical things were in working order ( refrigerator AC microwave) The water system has already been winterized
The interior as you can see by the pictures is clean and in good condition ,did not see any current leaks but there is a spot over the center of the slide that shows a previous leak (see pictures and video ) there is some trim that is cracked at the base also (see pictures and video ) It did rain this week and we did not see any evidence of a current leak
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics and rest of the exterior all in good shape. Awning looks good,there is some re caulking around the slide that was repaired (see pictures and video) a. did not see any signs of any leaks
Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles and handles well no problem
