| “The camper is in good condition. The curtains are in good shape and we have the tie-backs. Canvas is in good shape as is the vinyl. Used occasionally and stored with a cover when not in use. We're happy to send more pictures or, if you're local, to host an inspection. We've had no leak issues and camper was re-caulked this season. One or two exterior snaps missing but velcro sealing intact. We have not camped in it this season but all was working when put away last season and we've unpacked it and cleaned this season. We're endeavoring to be completely accurate with the condition and item description but selling it as is since it's hard to describe everything. We are happy to check-out systems here locally (see description) as we know it's a big purchase.” |

We"re offering for sale our 2007 Fleetwood Bayside popup camper. The camper is in very good shape and we just finished Spring cleaning. The Bayside was one of the best campers made by Fleetwood RV. Floorplans are available online in Google images and this has a TON of space. Our camper does not have the bathroom/shower option but rather the extra storage in that space. We"ve listed that it sleeps eight. That"s accounting for two large pullouts on either side, the couch, and the convertible bed (kitchen table area) in the side slide-out. We"re including all the equipment we have so it"s basically ready to camp this weekend. The optional roof rack system is a great feature. We have three Yakima bike racks (included) mounted on it. It can also be adjusted to carry kayaks, canoes, etc. Very versatile setup. Max loaded weight for this camper is 3500 so it is an easy tow. I believe the empty weight is 2675. Length listed is when deployed. This Bayside model has a ton of features and this one has many of the options including: 1) Air Conditioning 2) Heat 3) Direct vent gas hot water heater 4) 3-way refrigerator 5) Roll-out awning 6) Owner"s manual and all documentation in excellent shape. 7) Outdoor shower (very handy to keep feet clean for interior) 8) Front box storage (huge) 9) Optional roof rack system 10) Three Yakima bike racks for roof system (purchased by us separately) 11) Styled wheels 12) Stabilizers jacks with optional pads 13) Spare tire and spare tire mount with cover 14) Large side slide-out for the kitchen table. 15) Storage under kitchen bench seats 16) Kitchen table convertible to a bed 17) Bump-out on opposite side with large storage cabinet and make-up station and mirror 18) Gas leak detector 19) Smoke detector 20) Interior towel hanger 21) 20 gallon propane tank 22) 20 gallon water tanks 23) Interior sink with integral cutting board 24) Interior stove 25) Exterior light and outlets Also includes options and equipment we purchased separately: 1) 2 interior fan/light combinations which plug interior built-in power ports for over the make-up station and kitchen table 2) RV surge protector ($100 when new) 3) 30-amp extension cord ($50 new) 4) Pressure regulator 5) RV water hose 6) Cover (third year of use and probably only good for one this season) 7) RVQ BBQ grill in case, never used.
