Very roomy and comfortable, perfect for an extended stay or even seasonal living. This is a 4 season model, so winters are comfortable too. Starting bid is o ver $5k below NADA book value, this nice 5th wheel camper needs a new home! 4 slide-outs to make a very spacious living setup. All utilities work great and its got a new built in convection microwave speed oven for added convenience. Surround sound stereo hookup. Roomy bath with full spacious shower and brand new toilet. Tires are brand new, less than 300 miles on them. Very good shape overall, but a few tweaks to make it perfect. Two AC"s, one central main and second in the bedroom, but the bedroom unit compressor went bad so we removed it. The main unit is ducted central air, works fine and cools the entire trailer, but adding a new front unit would be a bonus. The fridge door got left open in storage and condensation drained out to the cabinet base. Fully functional, but needs vinyl taping up (see photos). Same for sofa-side table bases and the bedside table base where windows apparently got left open by the previous owner while it was in storage. Also, wiring for wall sockets on the dining slide apparently got damaged or disconnected. It"s likely a simple re-connection to be made, but it"s outside my skillset to do it.
