Vehicle description
This is a very nice clean pop up camping trailer. The Highlander Niagara model is the granddaddy of all popups. This has all the portability and conveniences of a small pop-up trailer with some of the conveniences and luxuries of a full-size trailer. This has and stove top, and oven which mini campers do not come with. A microwave. A CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers. 3 Way refrigerator that runs off of battery propane and Electric. Hard walled bathroom. Toilet, hot water heater for shower and kitchen sink heater for camping in colder climates and a air conditioner for those hot nights. This camper toes very easily and has electric brakes to make stopping easier with a smaller vehicle. No need for a huge pickup truck to pull this around. One of the great things about this camper is it has two king size beds one on either side, the kitchen area also folds down to make a good size bed, also has small sitting area in front of one of the beds. Trailer comes with two propane tanks, and all you will need are the basics to spend your first night in your new to you camper. We have thoroughly enjoyed this pop up, we have been all over Texas and in Mexico with her, never had any trouble. We had this for sale for Consignment at an RV sales and they said that the hot water heater needs a new anode. Campingworld.com has those from 14 to $28. I am working 5 hours away from where we have it so I may not be able to get that installed before it sells. They also mentioned a faucet but we installed a new faucet in the kitchen and never had any trouble with other faucets. The only only question might be the bathroom. Those faucets are about $30 at campingworld.com also. If that were a need. We are listing this for $7,400. Has is price. There are few details which I will list. But rvtrader.com and the consignment shop has the same model listed for $9,000. There is a small dent on the driver side front of the trailer where someone slipped in some mud and her vehicle bumped up against the trailer. No damage except for a light cover with broken and a small wrinkle in the aluminum. I straightened it out as best I could and sealed it very well. We have never had any water damage. The inside ceiling laminate is beginning to wrinkle. That is just because heat and humidity. We confirmed that there has been no water leakage or damage to the unit. The floor is solid and very stable. We believe this trailer will have many many good years left to go camping. There are three small pin holes that can be noticed from the inside on a sunny day on the canvas. We were in a torrential downpour and no water came through. I had bought a roll of flex tape and left it in the trailer and apparently the consignment shop decided they needed it more than we did. That would be a very simple and cheap fix just for peace of mind. But never had any water seepage. On one back corner of the top of the trailer there is a small crack in some plastic. So I put some JB Weld buddy around that and into the crack. No signs of any more damage since then. If you are thinking about getting a trailer this is a great pop up and a cheap option. New trailers are very expensive. You can get half the trailer for double the price easily at RV sales. I am listing this in excellent condition because I believe it is better than good. The inside is super clean my wife is always taken very good care of all the appliances and the interior of the trailer. The beds are very comfortable and being king size they are very spacious. We have put for preteen girls on one side and they had plenty of room. My wife and a daughter on the other side. If you like camping it"s time to sleep on something softer than the ground and cooler than a tent. You will love this camper. Can deliver for a fee.
