We purchased this RV to live in while we built our house and found it to be very livable. This would make a great RV to set up next to the lake for a weekend home or an excellent option for transitional housing. It has a rear kitchen with a lot of extra counterspace, extra large 8 cubic foot refrigerator, pull out pantry, free standing dining set. Large dinette/sofa slide creates a nice amount of space in living area. The bathroom is fairly large by RV standards and is accessible from the bedroom or hallway. Bedroom has a queen bedroom slide out, dresser and closet.
Original owners, non-smokers, unit is in covered storage. Has only been towed locally from the dealer to the RV park and to storage. As there is no power at the storage facility, we rented a generator this weekend and all of the appliances checked out and everything was in working order.

As far as any concerns, they are mainly cosmetic. Specifically, the decals are curling and peeling off on the front end cap and driver"s side due to the way the sun hit it when we were staying in the unit. (See photos) These could be professionally buffed off and/or replaced if desired. The unit has been stored undercover at a local storage facility since we moved into our home. No water leaks/mold. No wood rot, solid floor. No delamination. No soft spots in floor or roof. The tires are only a few months old and are in excellent condition. We had them replaced in anticipation of selling the unit. Just need to knock the dust off and hit the road.
No water leaks, no roof or window leaks. The only leak was the water heater, and we replaced the tank. No damage was done to the area. No holding tank issues ever- black, grey or fresh. Sewer flush was used for 20 mins after every flush and chemicals were used each time.
Sofa is a sleeper sofa. We were going to replace it, due to age/style, but never got around to it. Still functional.
This unit is being relisted as the previous buyer was from out of state and unable to complete the transaction. The unit is paid off and the title is in hand. PayPal, Cashier"s Check only. Deposit of $1000 due via PayPal within 24 hours from end of the auction. Final payment and Pick up to occur within 2 weeks in southwest Las Vegas.
