| “ This T@b is in great condition inside and outside as it was warehoused when not in use for the first 10 years (until February of this year - 2018). Floor has some discoloration by the entrance door from first owner (I am the 2nd). Some of the lamination is peeling off of the one part seat by the door. Otherwise, all other parts such as upholstery, windows, wood cabinets are in very good condition. I had a brand new converter put in this past June. New battery just added too (December). (This unit can be off grid - how long depends on your use of lights and refrigerator.) ” |

A/C/heat pump, rear exterior kitchen has stove top, sink, and refrigerator.
Large dinette booth converts into a queen sized bed, small screen with TV/DVD/CD/radio/cable capabilities. Lots of storage under bench seats, in cabinets and in closet. Windows have screens and blackout shades.
Has electric cord (with both 110 and 30 amp hookups), water hose, almost full propane tank, new converter box (June) and new battery (June) - everything you need to go camping!
Not shown:
-table (that folds down to support bed) (it"s under cushions in pictures that show how they lay down for the bed)
-exterior awning with stakes/bag -northern breeze power roof vent -Screen door
