For sale is 2007 DRV Elite Suites 36RE3 luxury fifth wheel trailer. It is approximately 37 feet long, with 3 slide outs, GVWR 20,000, dry weight of 15,438 Lb. This trailer comes with, dual 4 point hydraulic leveling system, Disc Brakes, an awning, dual pane windows, 2 air conditions, Washer/Dryer prep. Inside features large living area with Fireplace, led accents, sofa bed. In middle large kitchen with granite counter tops and electric retractable stove cover, large refrigerator, pantry, all real wood interior and central vacuum. Master suite with granite steps, walk around king bed, Its own TV and large closet. Large full bathroom has a spacious residential shower. Trailer also has brand new tires. The trailer has Florida Salvage Title due to right side and roof damage. It appears that the damage was caused by a tree falling on the trailer. Trailer is sold in present condition and still needs work, we don"t have an estimate for repairs. Trailer was towed from New York to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded title RVs and there is no financing.
