Toyhauler ready to roll, has upstairs loft room, big slide out and nice size awning, has normal wear and tear. Overall looks great, always kept in garage. Gets a lot of heads turning when I load and unload my smart car (smart car not included). Lots of room, put air beds in garage and you have an extra room. Use the tent extension and add that much more room as well. The fine details, little cracks in dash that bolts to the floor. Small normal scuffs. Once hit tree limb, this think so tall, 13 foot tall, did not penetrate roof, does not leak. It has exterior shower and fueling for motorcycles. I don"t know how to turn on that exterior fueling station. That"s all I can think of. All else is good. never used the oven/stove. Rarely used microwave. All run on gas/electric. I will also leave a canopy tent that extends over garage door and makes for a large tent extension when door is set down on stands it comes with. Any questions ask. Good luck.
