We are selling our 35-foot Coachmen Mirada 350DS Class A Motorhome. The bunkhouse model is perfect for the kids, and sleeps 8 people total. Has V10 Ford Engine, 2 spacious slide-outs, sleeper sofa, and automatic leveling system. The 5500 Onan Generator only has 1,100 hours on it and the motorhome itself has LESS THAN 26,000 miles! We have babied this rv since we purchased it 3 years ago. We upgraded the queen mattress last year, added new stainless steel vent covers to all outdoor vent openings, and have stored it indoors the entire time we have owned it. The motorhome was recently completely serviced, which included sealing the roof. The tires were put on in 2013 and still have about 70% of tread left on them. This has been a wonderful family RV and we hate to get rid of it. This is a non-smoking RV and our dog has only traveled in it for 4 trips in the past 3 years. There is a small area on the driver"s captain chair where the slide out rubbed against the leather. This happened before we owned the motorhome. There is also a spot on the front door where the wind blew it open against the door stop, which created a small hole that we patched. This is shown in the photos.
