This couch is in great condition has been serviced from head to toe from new tires to a new main AC unit 15,000 BTU. Entire freshwater system hot water heater etc. have been gone through cleaned and maintained. Entire roof has been cleaned sealed and caulked professionally. All work has been performed by a reparable local RV dealership. This unit is loaded with extras, has basement slide out tray is capable of heavy weight as well as a slide out nor cold refrigerator freezer never used. Has an outdoor entertainment system with DirecTV DVD and radio, this coach is equipped with four flat screen TVs. There are four individual slide outs one of them being a super slide. New tires have about 1000 miles on them and were installed around six months ago. Megan area flat screen was replaced about two years ago. This coach is equipped with dirt devil vacuum system for cleaning up after kids and or dirt and grime. Everything on this coach works flawlessly there are even separate awnings that can be extended from some of the windows. Other feature is a power cord reel for the push of a button to retract your power cord as well as a power step cover to cover the well in front of the passenger recliner. Passenger recliner is equipped with power reclining, also has power front window shades for privacy . Propane stove as well as convection oven make for a great cooking area kitchen has an extended slide out bar for more counter space and storage this unit has more storage then you can throw at it including a full cedar closet in the master suite equipped with a safe for safe storage. There is also a desk working area in the master for those who need to travel and work at the same time. One of the sofas extends out into a queen size air mattress. This coach is ready to travel we are upgrading to a tag axle in order to be able to carry a heavy load such as a stacker trailer with two cars and a golf cart. Lastly coach is equipped with an 8000 W Onan Cummins generator with only 700 hours
