2007 Cedar creek 32 TK. Listed in the 2008 Cedar Creek Catalog. 3 years ago the following items were replaced by the factory. Both axles upgraded, all springs upgraded and replaced. All new upgraded wheels and tires & brakes. I had a Flex Air pin box put on 3 years ago to replace the old one at about $1,500.00 I had an entire 6 leg hydrolic level up system installed about $3,000.00. I had an all new shock absorber system put on 2 years ago The unit has 2 Air Conditioners.13,500 & 15,000 BTU I had installed a combination washer/ dryer. Replaced the original 3 step entry with a 4 step entry. All 3 slide toppers and 16 ft awning were replaced Everything is in excellent working order. Some fading of some of the decals but most have been replaced. Never in an accident or had any damage Not used for the last 2 years because of illness. Kept under full cover which is also included. It has had less than 1,000 miles use in the last 3 years.
