Vehicle description
I have a 2007 Carriage Cari-Lite M-36ILQ 40", 4 slide, luxury 5th wheel RV for sale as I have retired from the Pipeline industry. I know a thing or two about RV"s from living full time in them for years at a time! I have only used two brands, the Forest River Cardinal M37RL(Good) and the Carriage (Great). The Carriage line of RV"s are some of the highest quality and heaviest RV"s built. They are a true 4 season unit with completely sealed underbelly for full time living in below zero weather with no problems as well as being able to stay cool in the South TX. and NM. 100*+ heat with thermostat controlled and ducted dual 14K BTU AC units. All interior doors, cabinets and closets are 1/2" Blonde Oak wood, not paneling! 4 corner electric jacks, Artic Pack heated tanks, Extra large heated and cooled basement storage area, Corian countertops, center island kitchen full laundry with washer and dryer (New in 2016), surround sound stereo with speakers upstairs and down, 50" flat screen television New in 2016), upgraded Sony sound system (New in 2016), Auto seeking satellite DISH receiver and antenna (New in 2016), hidden floor safe, power awning, central vacuum system, dual extra large propane tanks (new in 2016), Glass shower, center island vanity, separate porcelain stool bathroom with door, vanity and lots of cabinets, 2 sets of sliding doors (one set glass) to separate bath area from upstairs bedroom and living room, fold out sleeper sofa, dual recliners, Oak kitchen table, hardwood floors, LED outdoor security lighting, upgraded to full LED interior lighting New in 2016), electronic controlled tank valves, outdoor shower with 12 gallon DSI hot water tank, Fantastic Fans rain sensing automatic ceiling vent fans, dual day & night shades on all windows, lighted Hunter ceiling fan. Tires with Approx. 1200 miles are Goodyear G614 load range G 14 ply tires ($3,000.00 New in 2016) unit is also set up with a gooseneck hitch for improved towing. Unit is "generator ready" and factory wired for a generator. Auto start controls are mounted inside bathroom cabinet.
This unit is ready to hook up and go set up and live in anywhere today! I used this in my work and had to be ready to go in a moments notice and it has been kept in road ready condition. Brakes, axles, tires and lighting are perfect! Due to the high quality of materials and insulation this unit has a GVWR of 17,012lbs. and an empty dry weight of 14,195lbs. This means at least a 3/4 ton truck is needed to transport it. I have used both 3/4 ton and a 1 ton and both work fine.
This RV was a one owner unit when I bought it in 2015. All paperwork from new is included and has manufactures manuals for almost every item in the trailer! The original owner paid $88,000 for this in 2007 and kept it under a cover when not in use so the roof is still in great condition. He also pulled his bass boat behind the RV and the hitch is installed for that. In early 2015 he hooked his boat on a railroad crossing and pulled the hitch back Approx. 2" which caused the rear fiberglass cap to pull away from the passenger side Approx 1" at the bottom. I purchased it from a Insurance company as a salvage unit and have done Nothing to it and used it 2 years with no problems or leaks. I have been quoted $1200.00 for the repair and a replacement driver side plastic tire cover that was damaged from a blowout.
Price: $25,000.00 cash or cashiers check upon pick up. Even without adding any of the options this RV has it still books for $27,000 to $33,000. I can deliver anywhere in the USA for a fee based on mileage.
I have a clear Okla. title in my name and ready to let it go. You will be getting more than your moneys worth with this RV as you can find them selling on the internet for in the 40K range.
