This camper all in all is in great condition. I just painted the inside in 2018 around Sept, Oct. It has lots of storage space. It also will come with the electric frigerator and microwave pictured in the pics. It does have a box on front for more storage and does have a battery that I take off every year and keep inside with a trickle charge. The tires are in good condition. Can take out camping as soon as you get it. Also comes with spare that"s never been used. Also comes with a bumper hitch for bikes, etc. It has like new mattress and a mattress topper and a waterproof mattress pad. Will also come with a sheet and comforter set for both beds. The reason is we have no full size beds to use them on. Both bed area"s were either a dinette or couch, but I made them into beds with plywood bottoms so I didn"t have to put up and break down a dinette. I do still have the table that goes with the camper, if you choose to make it a dinette area again. I do not have the cushions to make it a dinette again. You"ll have to make your own. The camper has 2 inside lights and 2 electric outlets. It will also come with a 30amp to 15amp adapter. It also has an electrical outlet outside. If you would like I will also throw in the porta potty and a pop up tent that I used with the porta potty
The weight without anything is under 900lbs. This is a great little camper. My son and I loved it. But he"s getting older and we added to our fur family so we had to get a little bigger. Now the pictures as you will see are different. The pictures with minions are a couple years old. It just shows what the camper looks like when clean. LOL I"ve taken most of the minions off, they didn"t fair so well in the sun. The pictures of the dirty camper is recent. I put it up long enough to clean it out and take pics. This camper is stored in a carport when not out camping. So sun and weather is not a an issue just dust. If you have any questions I will try to answer as best as I can.
