conversion by bunkhouse of alabama inc rancher package, fully insulated, banel naugahyde ceiling, vinyl flooring, solid Alder cabnets, raised panel doors w. solid alder trim, 13k btu,ac with heat strip duckted funrace, 8.0cu ref, 2 burner cook top recesed power vent hood w/systems monitor, sofa sleeper , clothes hamper, power bath vent, 10 gal hot water heater gas/elec,auto , 60gal fresh water tank, sewer system, double battery, double lp tanks 30lbs each, 55amp power converter, hot and cold water interior and exterior, day, night shades, built in radio and tv walnut vaulted ceilings, out door grill, self leveling awning. all possible options i measured from outside i would guess 14" short wall and 28.5" floor length to rear of ramp when folded
this was our personal trailer the horses are old and we arent riding any more so time to sell this trailer has had very little use and i cant remember a time when it was used or moved in the snow if you have questions please ask thanks!
