Vehicle description

We are selling our 2007 Georgie Boy Pursuit Class A RV, it"s 35ft with 2 slides and bunk beds. We"ve loved owning this RV, our family has traveled across the US in it. It is very low mileage for the age but it has been used at least once every month or two for the past two years since we"ve owned it. It runs wonderfully, no issues with the motor or transmission and the Onan generator runs great too. We"ve kept up service and maintenance. We just recently had some tires replaced and had the hydraulic levelers serviced. All running great! We also just had one of the slide awnings replaced, the other slide awning and the main awning are in good condition without any issue. Both AC units and the gas furnace are running smooth too!
The 07 Georgie Boy is built on a Ford F550 Chassis with V10 gas engine, we had no problem making it across the country and up the mountains (it wasn"t fast up the mountain, but it made it) and we towed a vehicle almost every time we traveled. The rig is equipped with a rear view monitor with sound, super helpful for backing up. It also has automatic hydraulic self-leveling system, makes it really easy to get setup and the campsite.
We have updated the interior to a neutral black & white palette. This makes it easy to accessorize and add your own personality with pillows, art and decor items. We removed the dinette and small loveseat that came factory. The dinette took up so much room and the loveseat was too small. We opted to build a smaller dining area and put in a modern futon. The futon comfortably sits 3-4 people and folds down to a bed to sleep up to 2 (possibly more if its kids).
We removed the old carpeting and vinyl in the RV and put hardwood style planking throughout the coach. In the bathroom we used a faux tile, to give the look of concrete tile without the risk of cracking from the movement. We painted all the cabinetry and walls white and installed a natural, simple cedar wood trim to outline the slides. For window treatments we opted for a natural roll down shade, it provides privacy while still allowing some light through. They also help with the heat from the sun.
The RV has two TV"s, one in the front living area, hanging over the electric fireplace we installed and the second is in the back bedroom. It has the antenna and equipment for satellite but we just stream everything so never used it. We used AppleTV in the bedroom and the TV in the living room is a Samsung SmartTV so it has Netflix, Hulu etc. The electric fireplace we put in up front has an electric heater as well with two settings. We love this and end up using the fireplace/heater during the day and the gas furnace as night. This really helps with conserving propane on your trips and the electric heater does a great job heating the RV.
The kitchen has plenty of storage and a built in pantry with slide out drawers. We have never lacked storage room for any of our trips. In the kitchen you have a double bowl stainless steel sink, 3 burner gas stovetop and gas oven, plus a microwave. The fridge and freezer have the auto setting to go from electric to gas powered depending on the power source. (When plugged to shore power or when the generator is on, it will run off the power, otherwise it will switch to propane and continue to run).
The RV sleeps up to 6, with a queen bed in the back bedroom, bunk beds, and the futon converted. The back bedroom has tons of storage with 3 tall hanging closets, three big drawers and three overhead storage compartments. There is also small storage by the bunk beds, we used that for electronics storage and phone charging hub. In-between the two small storage cabinets are two shelves with power outlets, there is also a cable cord (but again we streamed) so you could hang a third tv.
In the bathroom we put a new slim cabinet with two big drawers (way more storage than what it originally had), a real sink & faucet and hung a shelf above the toilet. We also added four hooks for towels. The shower is a white marble dumawall tile, and has a white base with glass doors. We put in new shower head and faucet, because the original was plastic and no one wants that.
For the exterior, we have prepped the RV for a brand new wrap and removed all the decals. We have already worked everything out with the vendor and will work with the new owner to design the wrap. We opted to do it this way so you could select the color or style you liked. Putting on the new exterior wrap is included at the full list price of the RV.
Over those two years we"ve taken it up and down the east coast for week/long weekend trips and we"ve had the blessing of using it for a cross country trip with our kids. It was such a life-changing trip! We have thoroughly enjoyed the family time in this RV and the freedom that having a home on wheels has given us. We are only selling this because we are relocating out of the country and are unsure of the timeframe. We don"t want it to sit unused and go to waste, we"d rather it be rolling down the highway exploring the next adventure. We hope that the next family will find as much joy and happiness with it as we have.
