This Tour is a 2006 model, I truly believe everything in or on this motor home works as designed, there is nothing wrong with her that I am aware of.
My Tour currently has 38,445 total miles on her. The diesel generator only has 301.3 total hours of run time. Both engine and generator have always started easily and run really well. I have all service records from the time I purchased her in 2012. She has three house and two chassis-sealed batteries that I installed new less than a year ago. The tires are Michelin 275/70/22.5 XZA2 Energy, they have higher weight levels and are 1" wider for better handling than the OEM"s. They are dated 1314 and were installed in December 2014. This Tour has three solid working air conditioners as well as a forced air furnace. The dash A/C works great in warm weather as does the "basement" A/C (True Air Central A/C W/heat pump). I installed a roof A/C about three years ago that requires less then 17 amps to run the heat or A/C. She used to be parked in my driveway where I would watch sports on the weekends using the roof A/C with her electric cable running to the garage. The almost semi automatic sat dish requires a receiver and work well; I used it with DirecTV but is compatible with Dish. There is an over the air antenna. The four door refrigerator works well and has an ice maker. There is a dish washer and built in vacuum.
For 4 1/2 years I had her parked in southern California where she sat when not in use in my driveway and was covered. We now live in Southern Utah where she is under a metal structure cover. The paint is in good condition with a minor scratch here and there. When people see her they say she looks new. Well, she doesn"t look new, but she does look good! Included are two GPS"s, one in the dash with the radio and the Garmin RV760 on top of the dash. Additionally included is the Blue OX tow system, excluding the base plate unless you have a Jeep Wrangler in which case I will remove it from my vehicle for you. NADA Value Guide report at 10/5/2017 shows a low and average retail value of $90,921/$109,170 respectively without taking into consideration the low mileage, time or extra equipment. Within 2 states I can deliver to your location. Outside of that buyer pays for fuel.
