2006 Winnebago Sightseer 27-foot class A motorhome with 28,304 miles. This is a Southern California RV that"s been in the northwest for only two years, on the dry side of the Cascades.
The power-plant is a gas-powered GM Vortec 8.1 liter V8 coupled to an Allison 5-speed automatic transmission on a GM-workhorse chassis. It sleeps four comfortably, has a new battery and has all options available including: 4 Audiovox 2-way radios with built in charger, electric-hydraulic leveling system, two electric-slides with new slide-out covers, new awning, rear-view camera, heated mirrors, automatic roving satellite digital tv-antenna, large toshiba flat-screen tv, dvd, vhs and CD player, manual crank-up regular antenna, central heating and air conditioning, three way hot water heater and fridge. Large microwave, gas stove and oven. Double sided sink and nice formica counter-top in kitchen area and toilet room. Large single shower, queen bed, sewing table, large water tank, push-button-start generator, outdoor shower and lots of storage. Has Bilstien shocks, new Hankook 19.5" 14-ply tires, and new steering dampener. Has factory installed receiver-hitch and plugs. Runs and drives excellent as it should per design. It needs nothing other than the power-steering pump whines a little and should be replaced fairly soon. Everything works properly and it is ready to go.
This RV is very easy to drive. The wheel-base is only 13-feet and it does u-turns on a dime. It is excellent for towing with the Allison transmission in place.
I purchased this unit last Fall in Idaho from the second owners, and have never used it, not even once. They sold it because he was getting too old to manage. I bought it with plans to move into temporarily when my house sells soon, but I"ve decided to buy a RV-trailer to pull behind my pickup instead.
This is a very nice, lightly-used, very well cared for RV that is in near new condition, and these are very hard to find with the GM Workhorse chassis and the Allison-automatic. Included is a brand new Winnebago Sightseer RV-cover still in its box. I am not making any money on this vehicle, nor am I trying to. The price is $38,000. Serious inquiries please.
