Vehicle description
Volvo 780 tractor, VED12 and Meritor 12 auto (great transmission). 655500 miles and is now parked for cleaning.
New headlamp assemblies, new alternator and batteries, new belts and aux. tensioner, new air dryer, leveling valve, tie rods and steers (BF Goodrich, drives nearly new), front heater core and hoses/coolant, muffler. Brakes are 75% or more, fresh service. Previous owner did an EGR cooler, fuel sender and windshield. cold AC and no major oil leaks to speak of it only uses maybe about a gallon a month, if that much. This is a good truck, I use it every week and have never had any major issues, it has been very dependable. I never do anything heavy with it (40k max but normally under 20k and mostly VA to FL trips). No DPF or DEF. I also have some extra things I"ll throw in with the deal.
The only reason I"m selling it is I"m taking my company in a different direction and just no longer need it, I also don"t want the trouble of trying to find a reliable driver that will take care of it while they run it. This would make a great starter outfit or add on unit. This is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early.
