2006 travel trailer 32ft fleetwood. Condition is Used. We paid $3,500 for a FEMA trailer no tanks direct hook-up only. We than added four tanks for water grey and black tanks, new toilet, water pump, water tank under bed. Outside shower and four new doors outside, the couch rolls out to a bed, bunk beds, Roof rack, painted, new decals, new propane tanks and so much more about $8,500 in updates. We had a self contain unit and it looked great drove it all over tell my Brother died he helped me put this together. It stayed in place for 4 years a tree branch broke off went into the front master bedroom ceiling, I show the roof in the photo, the bathroom by toilet has a week floor, also the front door area has a week floor. Everything worked great and could be fixed or part it out. I had heart surgery in January just worn out now. The highest bid wins if you do not have a truck maybe I can deliver it but with a V-10 eng I would have to charge for delivery. The weight was 5,200 we have a clear title. Other items are in the trailer some of the stuff is good, but you can trash it if you want. Last Item you must know as a disable vet I try my best to be honorable the last person who was going to buy asked for the keys he wanted to show his family and was going to the bank to get cash. Last thing I knew he was going to fix it and use it for a guest house, After many calls and messages not one word back. This was the only set of keys as explained but not to return them at all? ?
