For all of you who were watching this listing the first time around, I want to apologize for removing the listing. . There was information I needed to add to be completely honest with all Ebay members. .
For your consideration. .
I am selling my 2006 Travel Supreme Triple Axle 40" Fifth Wheel.
This RV is very unique with French Doors to the enclosed spacious Sunken living room w/opposing slides. . The Quality "Travel Supreme" put into these Units is Outstanding! ! This specific floor plan consists of just "6" units ever manufactured! !
Starting with the inside:
The interior was manufactured with beautiful, solid "real wood" ! (Absolutely Beautiful) This is not the typical cheap flimsy wood you see in RV manufacturing today. .The electrical outlets are installed in the walls themselves, "NOT" under the cabinets (which goes to show the high-end quality Travel Supreme put into their Units). .This unit has Super high ceiling which are padded for noise insulation. .Level flooring slides throughout. .
The living room consist of. .Carpeted rear living room, Large screen 50" Sony TV (w/remote on a swivel wall mount). .Electric Fireplace w/Remote & w/heat or turn the heat off for the ambience. .Couch is a hide a bed w/mattress. .Recliner on the opposite side. .Three speed Ceiling Fan w/Lights. .Quad speakers mounted in ceiling. . Day and Night Shades throughout. .Valances surrounding the windows. .All in a Sunken Living Room. .
Center Kitchen has a Residential side by side refrigerator, Convection Microwave Oven & Three Burner stove. . This unit has "Cabinets galore"! ! Dual stainless steel sink. . Large Corian Counter tops w/additional lift up extension . .
This unit has real slate tile flooring through-out kitchen area. .The dining area has a leather booth with lots of storage under the benches which will also lay down into an additional bed. .
The Bathroom area also has real slate tile flooring. . Corner Shower w/an Oxygenetic"s shower head (best shower head to not run out of hot water). Bathroom Vanity has a medicine cabinet with three overhead lights. .Across from the shower is a separate commode room for privacy. .Next to that is two full size mirrored doors where you will find the Washer/Dryer Combo manufactured by Splendid. (No need for laundry mats). . Oh, lets not forget the Sliding privacy door between the Kitchen and the Bathroom and the Double sliding privacy doors between the bathroom and the bedroom. .
Level flooring into the Bedroom with high ceiling for lots of head room. .
Queen size bed which has night stands & windows on both sides (for the ultimate cross breeze while you sleep)
The Bedroom has a large Cedar Lined Closet and a full wall of Cabinets and Drawers. .Bedroom is fully carpeted.
Now for the outside:
This is an ALL SEASON Triple Axle fifth wheel. . Heated outside compartments with Insulated doors . . This RV is 50 amp service. .
The RV has just recently had the roof completely professionally recovered with top of the line GacoFlex 20 Year Roof Coating only 2 years ago . .Two A/C"s w/Heat pump. .Fantastic Fan w/vent cover. .Fan in the Commode area. . Auto Leveling system. . The hitch is a High End "5th Airborne Air Ride King Pin". .Decals are in good condition (minor cracking) This Unit needs a good wash & wax. . The units upper rails have minor dings from past hail storms. .
This RV has (4) slides, (2) in the living room, another in the dining/kitchen area, and lastly, one in the bedroom. The majority of the larger windows have window awnings and also have exterior shade covers for all windows. .
Opposing slides in the living quarters which makes it feel like home and for entertaining guests.
Large heated basement area that has (3) access doors for additional space. . This unit has (2) 40lb propane bottles. .Two new house batteries installed in April 2020.
There are 5 Awnings on this RV. .you have the main front porch awning over the entrance and (4) others around the unit. . (the porch awning does dribble some and has a small tear). All the other awnings are in great condition. .
The Quality "Travel Supreme" put into these Units is Outstanding! ! This specific floor plan consists of just "6" units ever manufactured. .
Please keep in mind this is a Used RV and will NOT be 100% perfect. . This unit has no smoke or pet odors. .
Exterior issues. .
There is some wear & tear such as clear coat coming off the front cap towards the top, some exterior seal strips on the slide-outs probably need to be replaced in the near future. There is a small tear in the porch awning. .There is a small area (about a square foot) soft spot on the roof, however as I said before the roof has been re-coated and resealed so it"s not an issue for leaks. The Goodyear tires have good tread and have always been covered (however I don"t know how old they are).
Interior issues. .
There is a cut-out in the wall next to the pantry for access to the Shower water valve (hang a picture over it, you"d never know it"s there). There is some wear on the stain on the steps. .There are also a few cracks in a few of the slate tiles. .One of the Bedside shades has a broken string. .One closest door catch is broke.
I know that I am being a bit nit picky, but I want to be as honest as possible. .
Conclusion. . You will probably never see another floor plan like this again! ! This is a very comfortable, cozy & roomy RV unit. .(Room to Breath) This is as close to home as you can get! ! "It"s like a house on wheels". . We have received many compliments on this unique floor plan! !
