Vehicle description

I am selling my 2006 Trailmanor 2720SL Asking $8,000.If you are not familiar with Trailmanor, let me know and I will be happy to tell you why this is such a great camper.Follow link to a short video tour:: https:/ www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuYvhJRKAI8&t=8sPROS* Light weight, easy to tow, better MPG, less wind drift.* 20 feet collapsed, tip to tail* 27 feet deployed. Will fit in ANY National Park… in addition, hardsides allow it in BEAR COUNTRY parks.* Takes one person about 15 minutes to completely deploy. Torsion assist lift bars do the heavy lifting.* Only two tires, and a spare, stored under the unit. Fender wells provide shade for the tires, so UV covers are not needed.* Large storage door in the rear to access the battery and some additional storage. For things like leveling blocks, etc. This door is only accessible after the rear is opened.* Enclosed storage in the rear bumper. It has a separate area for dump drain pipe.* 10 foot dump pipe with clear elbow included with the sale.* The awning deployment crank handle, the stabilizer crank handle, a couple of adapter cords ( 50 to 30 amp and 30 to 110) adapters and a small plastic box with miscellaneous fittings and adaptors ( included with the sale).* 30 amp AC power cord, connector to plug into shore power.* The wheel for the jack stand. I use this instead of a block. * Space for two 20 pound propane tanks with automatic switchover ( 1 tank was missing when I bought it.* Rocks guard on front and rear windows. Both work great.* Four “final securement” clamps on the corners.* Very sturdy entrance steps which unfold very easily as part of the deployment.* Hard door with standard locking knob AND a bolt lock. I have keys for both locks . * All the exterior storage doors are keyed to the same key.* Vinyl Plank flooring. Pretty and durable. I have a small rug that I put down in front of the couch which I will include with the sale.* EASY deploy and remove magnetically attached curtains.* Couch that deploys into a bed.* TWO tables in the “den area” Small one on the main door side and longer one on the other side. Deploy either or both.* 12 VDC converter/charger.* Full sized sink with running water.* Fresh water holding tank with DC pump* Full sized bathroom, with tub/shower( enclosed with a shower curtain), sink and toilet.* Toilet is a recirculating toilet. Think of what is on an airplane.* There is a VENT fan integrated into the toilet to vent any orders.* NEW “slide” for the collapsible bathroom main wall/door.* Small linen, towel storage in bathroom.* Norcold 3-way fridge( 120 vac, 12 vdc and propane).* Very ample storage for kitchen utensils. For pots, pans, lids, silverware, etc.* 3 burner Propane stove top.* Small microwave that also functions as an oven and a grill.* Wardrobe with hanger bar for hanging clothes.* Three drawers for socks, underwear, T shirts, etc.* Additional storage under the front edge of the bed.* Queen size bed. Which BTW is very comfortable.* Air conditioning overhead with thermostat control. Also, has electric strip heat.* Overhead convection vent with integrated screen.* Overhead POWER vent . Has three speed FANTASTIC fan.* NEW vent cover so that vent/fan may be used during heavy rain.* Overhead lighting in the following places ( 12 vdc bulbs, so they work on AC ( via the converter) or battery ( and solar. .IF you had it). Some of these are regular automobile type bulbs and some are DC fluorescent. Two at the head of the couch. Two in the center at the vent location. One over the sink. One over the stove. One in the bathroom. One in the hallway. One in the bedroom.* Dual mode hot water heater. Works on AC or propane* NEW electric element in the hot water heater.* NEW anode in the hot water heater. This is a sacrificial rod that keeps the tank from corroding.* Propane heater. This is in addition to the electric heat in the overhead AC unit. It can be used in addition to that or separate from it. .ie, when boondocking. It has its own on/off control.* 12 foot awning mounted from the entrance door toward the front. FACTORY installed.* Exterior shower station* All exterior light fixtures ( 4 of them. .one at each end of the awning, one by the tongue and one by the outside utility connections) have been converted to LED bulbs.* Easy to winterize. Everything is gravity drained.CONS…. NOTE: NONE of these are essential or critical to using the camper. They are things that I have delayed repairing due to cash flow. I have considered them in pricing this unit, so please do not ask for discounts with these things in mind.* One propane tank missing. $175 buys a new one….free shipping. They are Manford Horizontal tanks. A standard BBQ tank will not work.* The short hose that connects the 2nd tank to the switchover valve is dry rotted. That costs $12.* The final securement clamp on the front passenger side is missing the “tab”. The whole clamp can be bought at any RV store for $12.* The two light fixtures over the sofa need bulbs. $10* The air flow vent/center light in the den fixture is missing the gasket that seals to the vent cap. Without the seal, wind blown rain can get in….but very little. $20* The awning is there and is complete with the exception of a support arm. The canvas itself is torn about a foot back from the leading edge of the enclosure. It is a 12 foot awning. Replacements are available at around $200. I have adjusted the price for the expense already.* The faucets in the kitchen and the bathroom are burst. The previous owner did not open them when he winterized the unit and water was captured inside . .which froze and burst them. I have purchased replacement faucets for both that come with the sale. You can either swap them yourself or have an RV shop do it. I recommend the latter. This is the only thing in the list of cons that should be done before the unit is totally usable. I have used it several times without running water ar all. BTW, the toilet will work once you add 3 gallons of water. I did that with a bucket. 2 hours labor at RV shop. .$150LOCAL PICK UP ONLY
