Every available option in 06 was included in this unit 4 slide outs, many upgrades, all led lighting, digital flat screen TVs with Surround sound, water pump for city pressure w/ gauges, Three door LG Stainless Steel water in door residential refrigerator, tile backsplashes, Pull out island in kitchen, built in dishwasher, sleep number bed, washer/dryer. expandable night time pleated curtains for the cockpit area. This coach is a turn key unit it needs nothing to get in it and enjoy. It was fully inspected at the Tiffin factory in Red Bay Alabama by their technicians and passed with flying colors 5/19 . On the mechanical side all oils and fluids have been maintained every 3,000 miles, New Michelins tires Just balanced, Aluminum wheels completely polished, fully independent front suspension with air ride both front and back, full air brakes, two speed engine braking.
Both water hose and electric lines are on power reels. The inverter has been changed to a Magnum pure sine wave unit new 5/19. Newer batteries 1 year old for the chassis side and new AGM house batteries. Has slide out TV in front compartment with surround bluetooth sound system. Slide out storage tray for easy access in basement. All basement areas and water tanks are heated (no freezing) ever!
I have spent many hours researching and completing many expensive upgrades for this coach. I have every manual for every piece of equipment in this coach all Tiffin and Freightliner manuals as well.
