Unique camper for sale! Everywhere we go people stop and ask us to look inside and walk around it.
Title in hand. Lightweight (less than 2000 lbs, an inside sticker states gross unloaded weight is 1464lbs), teardrop camper / trailer. Has a "U" shaped sitting bench that folds down into a king size bed. Table is collapsible and can be removed.
Camper is manufactured by Dutchman / Thor and was built in 2005.
All interior bulbs have been changed to LED"s.
Fridge, roof vent/fan, stove, heater (gas powered) and AC (addition by previous owner) all work. We have not used the sink.
New fire extinguisher (2018).
This camper comes with the side tent and eyebrow awning shade. The side tent (hard to find and expensive) is great for adding shade and livable area or can serve as an extra room for sleeping additional people.
Camper has four hand crank jacks for leveling. Comes with long 30-amp cord. Comes with battery, propane tank, and water hose. Carbon monoxide and fire detector included. Surge brake. Spare tire.
No bathroom, shower or potty built into camper. There is a sink and water tank but we have not attempted to use it since purchase.
We have only owned this camper for a year. Much of the condition was preexisting. There are a number of areas where previous owners have attempted to re-seal the seams. Also, the ac was added by a previous owner and they cut a hole in the upper side and added the vent.
Measurements: Ground to top of roof vent is about 9ft. Overall width is about 78 inches. Overall length from tail to trailer hitch is 16ft.

Buyer must arrange for local pick-up in Vero Beach, Florida. No shipping. I am willing to deliver in Florida to an extent but you must arrange this with me prior to purchase as our vehicle can only handle short distances.

The trailer cord fell on the ground and some of the rubber wore off but it still works.
Some of the window shades inside need some adjustments or replacing, however currently function.
Small scratches and cracks in the plastic trim.
There is an existing soft spot in the floor by the door. We have not had it inspected so we don"t know what it will take to fix or how bad it is.
The plastic battery and propane tank cover is cracked on the lid.
One of the center caps for the wheel is missing.
Dent on the rear passenger side. Measures about 2-inches.
There are some dings and scratches from road travel on the front.
