The other bed is a couch that opens into a full size bed. Included is a microwave, monitor panel, A/C, furnace, roof vents, under bed storage accessible from outside and inside. Both batteries were replaced at the beginning of 2021. There are no leaks, and the pushouts seal tightly The trailer has been pet and smoke free, and regularly maintained. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is 11,140 lbs. Hitch with stabilizer bars are included - it takes a larger receiver size (2 1/2" x 2 3/4). The only negative is the awning fabric is delaminating.
