2006 Roadtrek RS Adventurous Class B motor home with less than 68,000 miles. Built on a Dodge Sprinter 2500 chassis with 73” inside headroom. Powered by a Mercedes-Benz 2.7L in-line 5 cyl Turbo Diesel 5-speed automatic with cruise control that gets 20-22 miles per gallon. Serviced with Mobil 1 synthetic oil. Rides comfortably and handles easily on the highway or around town. It can be parked in regular sized parking stalls. Well maintained. Includes dash and roof A/C; generator; Tripplite 750W Inverter/battery charger system; 2 – 6V (12V) deep cycle house batteries; attic fan, receiver hitch; manual rollout awning. Sleeps 2 with power sofa that converts to 2 twin beds or a king size bed. Dining table setups in both front and rear. The 4 leather captain chairs swivel for an intimate sitting area around the front table. 3.2 cu ft three-way (propane, 12V DC, 120V) refrigerator/freezer; sink; microwave/convection oven; 2 burner propane stove; 19” flat screen TV, full enclosed wet bathroom (toilet, handheld shower, and sink); and an outside shower (hot & cold water). Propane water heater (6 gal) and furnace. Fresh water tank (30 gal), grey tank (24 gal) and black tank (10 gal) with a macerator pump for easy dumping. The Onan 2.5kw propane generator has 42.4 hours on it. It received the recommended 50 hour servicing and had wiring replaced at about 40 hours of service. The Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Adventure tires with Kevlar were new in 2015. Extras include custom made Magne shades for front windshield, side cab windows, and windshield wipers (first 2 photos); Monimax Satellite TV Antenna; Progressive Industries portable electrical management system. New speakers and new Pioneer digital media receiver in the dash. Recent repairs include sanded and painted LP tank; flushed and replaced brake fluid. The Roadtrek has a small amount of damage to the passenger side of the front bumper; a small paint chip near one of the vent covers; and a small dent in the hood on the passenger side (see photos). If you are planning on extended boondocking/dry camping, you may want to replace the house batteries. Only 2 owners. I have all records of service from my ownership and the previous owner.
