2006 Nomad 29" Travel Trailer. This trailer is in good condition. Has heater, air conditioner, water heater, and dual powered refrigerator. It has a single slide out in the main area and a roll up awning. The bedroom has had the camper mattress replaced with a pillow top queen mattress, it"s a tight fit but worth it for sleeping. it has storage under the bed and a small closet in the bedroom with a roll to the side wood door. The main area is the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The dinette and build in futon have been removed and replaced with an upgraded futon and pub style table with 4 stools, not pictured. The bunk area has had the bunks removed and rods installed for larger closet area. This trailer is structurally sound, with some minor surface water damage (I left a window open in a snow storm). Included with trailer is an equalizer hitch, a 100 pound propane bottle with a front hose lengthened by a propane company to reach, 2 30 pound propane bottles, heavy vinyl skirting for cold weather areas. It has 4 stabilizer jacks permanently attached. There is a build on roof top luggage rack with ladder. I used this while working road construction and it worked in the coldest of Wyoming and Montana winters, I added a light bulb in the fridge due to it freezing up but otherwise had almost no problems.
