New carpet. New Batteries. Tires dated 2015 and 2017. I would change the 2015 dated tires. Sofa folds out to bed. Dinette folds down to bed. Queen bed in rear. Lots of storage. Single handle shower knob (the most upscale feature). 3 sinks. 2 slide out rooms. Upgraded TV antenna. Nice, mid level/ mid sized diesel motorhome. This is a driver. This setup is meant to drive across country not sit in a park for years. It has a few minor issues that I will be honest about. The warning lights have brinked in a test pattern during a long trip. It is not doing it now. There was a water leak behind a cabinet. It is fixed now. The fuel fill can be slow. It is not setup for truck stop pumps. When you unfold the bed, you cannot get to the door.
