OK here is the story .
The tires are new as of December 2017 have appx 4k miles on them they are 22.5" Toyo semi truck tires. Dual Rear wheels. The roof was redone in Mid 2017 by the prior owner. It is fiberglass roof. The generator was completely overhauled in June 2018. We took out the carpet and put in Vinyl Plank floors, we took out the old bulk tube Tv"s and put in a 40" Lcd in the main cabin and a 24" lcd in the bedroom. The motor and transmission was checked over in June before my trip to NC and Alabama. The mechanic said you need nothing but an oil change its perfect not even a drip. You can check them out at Coast to Coast RV in Citra Florida. They also redid the plugs,coils, fuel pump and filters on the generator at that time.
The roof over the shower shows a little separation from the rib that runs across because of the moisture from the shower. That is very minor you may not have even noticed that. Its a Ford Triton V10 amd gets about 10 MPG at 65-70mph. The dual ac systems both work great and keep it ice cold inside .The fridge and freezer are perfect working on gas and electric as needed. There are a few scrapes on the side near the rear in the bumper but no damage just paint rubbed off. The Awnings are in good shape needing no repair. The smell is perfect no moldy old RV smell like you have smelled in others. The dash has no cracks or issues. The rear back up camera works but the screen is very light and hard to see. Just installed a New Pioneer bluetooth with Lightning cable plug in stereo. This also works as bluetooth through the speakers of the coach. The windows do have a little fog to them but it is hot as crap here now and they will clear up as it cools off. The RV also has a weingard power satellite system. I use DISH but it works with direct TV also .
We love the RV lifestyle and are going up to a New coach. This was our try it see if you like it before you spend $150k coach. We never had a problem or issue with anything on this coach. NADA is $33k buy it well below that and eliminate your risk. NO RESERVE but it is for sale locally as well if auction is still running when sold.
