It runs and drives 100% It has the A&E Weather Pro Power awning with fabric material tan color. it has the tan bottom with tan gold and red color striping, slide out cabinet trays and basement storage, Onan 7000 Marquis Gold Generator with Only 235 hours on it, window awnings, Duraframe subfloor construction, 50 amp service with cord. The interior has tan carpeting with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The seating is tan leather and has a seat behind the passengers chair with euro chair ottoman. The main slide has the sofa full pull out bed and matching dinette booth. The kitchen has the corian countertop with sink covers and stove cover(stove cover has a crack), Convection oven and Stainless Norcold 4 door refrigerator. It has dual Roof A/Cs, valances with day/night shades, front flatscreen TV with vhs and dvd player.
