Up for sale is a beautiful 2006 Monaco Executive 44 Sandia IV with 4 slides. This top of the line coach is powered by a Detroit Series 60 515 Hp engine which is paired with a Allison six speed transmission. The Series 60 is the same engine that is in a H3-45 Prevost and in my opinion the best engine you can get in a coach. The motor alone was a 12k option from the factory over and above the 500Hp Cummins that they put in stock. It provides ample power to take on any mountain road with a double stacked car trailer behind you. All this power sits on a Roadmaster S-series 10 air bag chassis for a flawless driving experience. The exterior of the coach has a full body paint scheme with incredible graphics. There is no damage and the coach looks great. The chassis is a raised rail which allows for full pass thru storage with slide trays for easy access to all your cargo. This coach came equipped with a full awning package with a Girard power main awning and window awnings all the way around. The tires were just replaced last week with Toyo 295/80/22.5 and the batteries were replaced within the last month also. The interior screams luxury from the moment you walk in. This coach has all the high end options you would find in a custom home from real wood to solid surface counter tops. If it was available as an option this coach has it. There are way to many options to list. I have the full factory build sheet with all options I can email right over to you. The generator is a Onan 10KW quite diesel which starts and runs like new. Overall if you have been looking for a high end big horsepower motorhome and do not want to spend 250k than look no further.
