2006 KZ SPORTSTER TOYHAULER Moving to Salem OR with it on June 23rd. NON SMOKER ever in it. I bought it from a relative to live in and was going to relocate to a more southern place. However my daughter died and am raising the grands. We fit the 3 of us but would be nice to sell and give them more room.
Air conditioner works but rarely used on the coast. Awning in great shape and everything works except too out the little tv/added fireplace for it to sit on. That goes with the rig. There is wiring for surround sound but have it disconnected. There are no bunks in the back in the garage. It does have a fuel tank for 4 wheelers but never used it. I used it for a craft room before the kids moved in. Very minor roof repair by the air conditioner was caught fast and fixed right away, no roof or ceiling discoloration or damage. The bathroom vent replaced for the lid got a little warped and replaced including fan. I have a new handle for the door to grab when going up, new stairs, new control panel for fridge, and new vents for floor to be switched out. Extremely well take care off. A few worn spots here and there but what you expect out of a 2006. Slide works great and always wanted to put in wall to wall recliners. Only thing that needs to be replaced is the screen door latch, just haven"t had time to order one. Storage under the queen bed, and queen bunk on top with ladder. I never had a generator for it for it has always been plugged in. I paid 25k for it and since it is a few years will bring it down to 20k or best offer. I would like a week to move out and do a fresh overall cleaning for the new owners. It will get a bath outside next week. It also has a add a room that goes attaches to the awning that never has been set up. too windy on the coast. that cost over 600. just for that. PICK UP ONLY-cannot deliver
