Clear TX Title in hand The GOOD:
- The trailer is in great shape and pulls fantastic.
- The brakes were completely professionally redone just before I purchased. About 1 year ago. Have receipts and limited warranty.
- The garage has 2 tie downs for UTV"s, ATV"s and or Motorcycles. Previous owner used it for motorcycles
- Has additional tie downs in the front of the garage that attach to the frame for larger loads
- We took it on a 9 day trip into Colorado. Before leaving I had a technician provide maintenance on the air-conditioner.
- Coleman 15 BTU – we had it cleaned and replaced the fan motor and controller.
- This model also has the rare, electric and propane tank heat. You can use electric only to conserve propane for really cold nights.
- We also installed a brand new toilet just to make sure everything was clean and in order before the trip.
- Has 2 large propane tanks in the front under the cover.
- One battery behind the propane tanks
- Electric Tongue Jack
- Tires are probably about 75%. They are dependable and I’ve had no issues with them.
- Has flood lights in the back for loading and un-loading.
- Has a table behind the couch that folds out for whatever. We used for a 60 inch tv in the garage.
- The garage is already plumbed for a washer and dryer combo. The vent is also located in the garage for the dryer vent.
- I replaced the vents in the garage and miscellaneous cosmetic things just for looks.
- Water pump, fridge, heater, stove, oven and microwave work perfect. The not great but not so bad: - One of the rings on the wheel rims is missing. Bought it this way
- One of the center caps on the wheel rim is missing. Bought it this way
- I pulled the stereo out. 4 screws. Wasn’t working. Bought it this way I was going to buy another one on Ebay cheap but haven’t yet.
- Previous owner told me it was covered under a carport and the side stickers were faded, so they pulled them off. The one on the front is still there and is peeling a little. All of the other have been removed. They were removed a while back so you really can’t tell they were there except on the back if you look at it at the right angle. You could easily cover with new graphics.
- The tank level lights work except for the black tank. Had everything cleaned professionally. Cleaned regularly so I never bothered put time towards buying a new wall unit.
