Renovated to live as a tiny house. We lived in it with our 1 child until we got pregnant with our second. Great for a small family or couple. Made to be lived in all year round. 1 slide-out, gas/110v Dometic Refrigerator, Main/window/door awning, tv/sound system/cable, microwave, 3 burner range and oven. Brand new queen mattress in the master. Bathroom was remodeled to be bigger and has a brand new ikea vanity and mirror, as well as a brand new shower. The bunk room was remodeled to be 1 bunk with place space underneath (a second and third bunk could easily be added). Walls were all painted white or refinished with headboard. New hardware on all the cabinets, new curtains and a ikea space saver installed for extra storage. Plenty of storage underneath the bed and trailer. Outside has all been resealed and we just reroofed 3 months ago (NO leaks! We are religious about checking). Awning works great and is almost new. All appliances are in tip top shape and work great! 1 replaced tire and the others are like new. Drives great. The electrical had a check up a month ago and works great! It’s wonderful full time home, airbnb, or home away from home. Comes with the hitch, slide out supports, and power surge protector.
