This is the perfect project camper.
My wife and I bought this fifth wheel to remodel into our very own "glamper". We decided to have a child and so our time commitments have led us down a different path. We are having to move for my job and we have decided to let the next person finish this project.
Mechanically this RV works just fine. The electrical sytem, gas range, propane heating system, refrigerator, water heater, toilet all work good. The slide out works great with no issues. Last we ran it, the A/C worked good, but it has been awhile since we"ve ran it. At my expense I will put all new tires on before you take it home. All the windows are in good condition. No cracks!
We have installed a gooseneck adapter so that you can pull it with a regular gooseneck hitch instead of a fifth wheel hitch. But if you already have a fifth wheel hitch, the adapter can be taken off.
Overall this is in decent shape but is missing some finishing touches. Needs new carpet/flooring, kitchen faucet and interior paint.
We have already done the tedious and time consuming task of sanding and priming the interior walls. It is ready to be painted the colors of your choice. (If you know about painting RV walls, sanding and priming has to be done to make the paint stick. And it is NOT fun! So you get to skip that part. YAY!)
There are some cosmetic issues on the outside such as the decals are starting to peel and the fender flares are a little scarred. These issues are shown in the photos.
We can discuss shipping. I"m open to pulling it to your location. Camper is currently located in Oklahoma. I can tow it to you if you live in a reasonable distance from me. Message me and we can discuss the details.
