Vehicle description
The camper is clean on the inside. It had some water leaks that have been repaired. The awning is missing due to a storm. All the mechanical"s work the thermostat is missing the cover.
I lived in the unit last year for about 5 months and had no problems. The battery, propane tanks, mattress and couch are new. The dinette is in good shape clean fabric and no tears.
The tires are in good shape and it hauls nicely. There is a camping kitchen outside that has a burner, sink and cutting board.
I also replaced the 12 volt inverter. There are a couple of outlets that do not work. The shower, toilet, kitchen and bath sinks all work well and the hot water works great.
The refrigerator works really well on propane but does not always cool properly with just 12 volt. No water leaks in the plumbing.
If there is a driving rain I will get a little water in from the window by the sink, but when the awning was up not a drop.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Thank you
