We are nonsmokers and do not have pets. This is an older fifth wheel that has been used. There are nicks and dings inside and out. Please enlarge and look at photos carefully. Feel free to ask questions. The three awnings that are still on it need the canvas replaced. There may be parts missing on one. The front air conditioner is not working but the rear one works great. The front jacks need to be greased or perhaps replaced. We have been using a manual jack to assist the electic motor. It comes with a sleeper sofa and almost new washing machine. We purchased it almost a year ago to full time in but just purchased a small house and do not need a large RV to run around in. It is perfect for fulltimers with the opposing slides and ample room for a big screen TV. There is a large basement. The microwave, stove and refrigerator all work. The bathroom had a house toilet in it when we bought it. They removed a section to put that in behind the toilet. We put an RV toilet in. The shower and hot water heater work but the outside drain is locked in an open position for the shower only. All the other tanks and drains work well. There is a slight sag underneath where it is sealed. It has not given us any problems. The roof does not leak and appears to be in good condition. The closet door and furniture were missing when we bought the trailer. The couch is the only original furniture. One of the day/night shades is missing. There is a small crack and stain on the kitchen counters. We have really enjoyed living in it the past few months. It is very well laid out and quite comfortable. We put new, heavy load tires on it last November when we purchased it. The trailer is located in Amarillo, Tx and is being sold AS IS. Personal belongings in the photos are not included. The title is clear and in hand.
