Up for auction and your consideration is our 2006 Ford E450 Jayco Granite Ridge Class C motorhome, I purchased this 3 years ago with 6,500 miles on it, Purchased it from the original owners son-in-law, it had only one trip to Alaska, the stove and oven at that time had not yet been used and we have only used the stove top once, we are microwave people. Everything works, but not everything is perfect. 3 issues that need some attention. 1 the automatic steps have been removed, I have the new full set (motor and accessories) of automatic steps (hard to find now) the step frame needs to be pulled out and step cap needs to be re-sealed. 2 the roof ladder needs to be replaced after and I have the new one to put on. We had a hit and run at our old storage facility just as it was getting cold, I just did not get to it after it got cold outside. I still drive it on trips, two in December after it got cold out, getting in and out of the main door with a step stool. 3 the roof antenna is down, but again I have the replacement parts, for now we have an internal antenna in the cab entertainment center, it is not a over cab sleeper. The great news is everything works. New front bearings / bushings, tires and alignment June 2020. We have an upgraded 720 flat screen TV and DVD/Blu-ray not the old CRT and dvd, new tv in the bedroom too, everything works, water heater, refrigerator freezer, microwave, coffee maker, 3100btu furnace, generator cab heat and air. in the last trip it was below freezing a few days and with a blanket over the cab, the coach comfortable 70-72. 4000 W generator working great, and powers everything, note no hair dryer and the microwave at the same time (breaker) some under shelf lights changed out to LEDs and wow what a difference and have more of them to change out too. Please feel free to ask anything, please come see it its worth the trip . Last week we turned over 50,500 miles. Yes I still use it, its my over the office, hotel and restaurant. The sad thing is the only reason I want to sell it now now are the taxes I hate taxes) but with year estimated due, I need to pay more and that"s that. The fist tow years I pulled a care with a dolly, the dolly is sold but the the facility we park it at is a U-Haul and would have a car dollly to drive everything home, the Ford Triton V10 will pull anything.
