This awesome RV has less than 82,000 miles and less than 80 hours on the LP generator. It is one of the most economical RVs available, getting 16-18 mpg. This home has 6 brand new Michelin Defender LT tires along with an all wheel alignment. We replaced the rear rotors and brake pads along with the parking brake shoes. All of these items have been installed within the last 500 miles. It has two brand new RV house batteries dated January 2019. The coach is newly compounded and all cracked and faded decals were painstakingly removed. As we have spent time on it we have been replacing many of the fasteners with stainless steel. It also sports a new coat of gelcoat wax. This model has no significant emission control, no diesel particulate filter and doesn"t use diesel emissions fluid. The Mercedes Turbo diesel runs strong and will go 500,000 miles or more before needing an overhaul. The electric slide, stairs, and all the appliances operate as they should. This coach is clean and well cared for. We are the second owners of this coach. We have all of the original paperwork including the original invoice.
