2006 Itasca Navion. We purchased this MH in January of 2016 with 32,000 miles, flew to Wisconsin and drove it back to Idaho. Then we spent a few months upgrading and modifying in order to travel the North America country. It is well equipped to dry camp for several days without running the genny. In about 1 ½ years, we went to all 49 states and every Provence except two and put another 40k + miles on it. Then I lost my mate to kidney cancer and cannot travel alone, so need to sell it. I have modified and upgraded several motorhomes in the past. I have been a machinist for 50 years and ½ owner of our own machine shop for 37 years. New electronic shifter when purchased 10K miles onnew tires 5K mi on newbrakes all around 20k mi onnew alternator Turbo charger disassembled and inspected (found in excellent condition, long story) New air flow sensor on turbocharger Just serviced and repaired transmission Note: all mileages are approximate Below is a partial list of electrical additions and upgrades Extra fuse buss under hood for 12v accessories Hard wired Genius battery maintainer on truck battery Converted to four 6 volt batteries for coach w/Quick Fill systems wired as two separate 12v systems with switch to connect them as one system. (two batteries are mounted in the slide out wet well) All five batteries were installed new New super heavy duty isolator to handle the amperage of charging 4 coach batteries from alternator while driving Xantrex 40amp battery charger with wall mounted switch/monitor Frame mounted heavy duty 2” receiver hitch on front with wiring for electric lift Wiring for lift on rear 2” receiver hitch Electric seat lift at coach entry door, mounted inside behind front passenger seat which can be easily lifted off power unit. This whole unit can be removed to restore to original. I will include an electric Liberty Trike and/or Mobility Scooter with TriLift and custom Trike carrier which requires NO tie downs and is easy to load/unload. (Check out Trilift) Xantrex 1800watt/15 amp continuous duty pure sine inverter 2 Automatic transfer switches Progressive Industries 30 Amp Hardwired whole house surge protector w/monitor Generator hard wired into surge protector (no getting out to plug it in) New split/dual bank electrical panel (allows separate system powered from inverter) New 60 amp Progressive Dynamics Converter The entire electrical system is automatic to prevent any shorts or failures so you can start the genny or plug/unplug from shore power with inverter on and the ATS’s will handle everything. Added several 120v ac and 12v dc receptacles (handy for charging/powering devices) Dash mounted switch to connect coach batteries to truck for starting if dead General modifications, upgrades and additions Modified holding tank dump system for easier use New upgraded and quieter water pump and complete insulation in pump/plumbing cubby to help prevent freezing while camping in cold weather Standard holding tank heaters also for cold weather and included is a new gallon of cold weather fuel additive ( we took this rig to Alaska and in cold enough weather to gel the fuel) Fan-Tastic vent fan in bathroom Dyson cordless vacuum hanging in closet Tall porcelain toilet (can also provide Toto wireless high end bidet) Custom pullout pantry unit (perhaps the nicest addition of all) Winnebago latches added to all drawers (no flying drawers while driving) Day/Night shades on all coach windows Garmin 7”screen navigation unit w/wireless backup/rear view camera Custom entertainment/storage cabinet in place of standard over cab bed (can easily be reconfigured back to bed if wanted) 43” 4K Visio TV mounted w/gas shocks on overhead cabinet door wired to Sony 4K Bluray dvd player hard wired to 12v & mounted under cabinet above table Converted overhead interior lights to LED Paper manuals for everything is included and full service manual (digital) is available Note: We had this configured as two custom single beds. One with a custom mattress on gas shocks for easy lifting for storage and built in dog kennel. This bed replaced the standard couch/bed. The other was an electric hospital type bed w/wireless control setting on lowered table unit. The table would be unusable. These are available at no charge if wanted. All original components are also available at no additional charge. I do apologize for the poor quality pictures.
