The 7500 watt generator has only 506 hours on it and some of the amenities such as the washer and stove have never been used!

The only items that need attention are as follows,
1, The MH has a clear plastic wrap on the very front to prevent chip damage and wear to the paint over time. That plastic wrap has been sun damaged over time, but the good news is that it can be removed or peeled off with a heat gun to expose the paint under it which has been protected since new. Once removed the front of the MH will once again look fresh. The rest of the paint looks decent except that the clear coat has checking. It is not visible until you get up close but re clear coating will save the paint and make it as new.
2, The tires. The tires have new tread on them but need to be replaced due to cracking on the sidewalls. If we get the full asking price for this MH we will have 6 brand new Michelin or equivalent tires installed at out expense.
3, There was a small area in the right rear behind the tire that got damaged but was repaired and primed. Although a small area it has not been painted to match the rest of the MH.
The MH comes with a very good assortment of silverware, pots and pans, dishes, and other typical essentials that would normally be found in a motorhome.
