Very well kept Heartland Big Horn 3500 RL Fifth Wheel.
This Fifth Wheel was used very little by an elderly couple for most of its life and kept in an enclosed pole barn when not used. Everything works as it should.
Things that have been replace in the last few years,
Water Heater, Breaks, Tires, Wheel bearing, water pump, 15K AC unit , Refrigerator (2017) and NEW carpet throughout the RV.
This RV is in amazing condition inside and out with little signs of use. The roof was stripped and resealed a few years ago. All doors, Windows, Slides, Roof and Seams were resealed spring 2017. All three slide outs had maintenance done spring 2017 including alignment and seals checked. No water damage or soft spots to be found throughout the RV.
