2006 Heartland Big Horn 36 " fifth wheel Rv the unit contains a washer/dryer, has central air, Heat, and vacuum, and features an electric fireplace. It sleeps four, 2 in Bedroom and 2 on the fold out sofa bed. It has four slide-outs, TV, microwave, and a propane stove and oven. Trailer had been manufactured with a 3/4" by 8" gap between the front cap and roof which was filled in with Caulk. The resulting damage from leakage has been completely repaired and tested. The repairs include a new roof, new interior walls and ceiling panels in living room. It has a brand new awning, a new rear view camera and wireless monitor The trailer is in excellent shape, we"ve owned it for approximately 10 yrs, and haven"t towed it over 10,000 miles.
