| “2006 Ultra. 34 foot on C5500 GM chassis. 14,000 original miles. Brand new roof and tires. 4000 Onan generator. 2 Roof air conditioners. 1 slide out that includes the sofa and dinette. All furniture is in very good condition. No stains. Carpet is faded. I bought this motor home on line last fall and flew to Dallas to pick it up. It was repossessed and had a hole about 3" in diameter poked in the very back of the roof. Looks like they backed under a tree branch or something. There is water damage on the back wall (bedroom). Seems structurally fine with no delamination. After spending its life in the south west during the first winter here in inside storage the linoleum split from the cold. Also the automatic step does not come out when the door is opened. It has auto leveling. Everything works. The air conditioning works but could use a recharge in think. The price is way below book value. The new roof and tires were $8,000.00. I bought a brand new motorhome so I dont need this one.” |
