(It has a 39 ft reach) No rust, was used in central Texas. The truck was owned and maintained by the city of Austin since New, and then our dealer company bought it. The tires are all in decent shape. The Bucket can be operated from Truck Bed, as well as in the Bucket. The Outriggers Work very smooth, and stabilizes the truck pretty well.
