This very clean 5th wheel with bunks can sleep up to 8 people comfortably . We plugged it in and everything seemed to be in working order.We did not try the furnace or the water system, It has been winterized .
The interior as you can see by the pictures is clean and in great condition ,Floor and ceiling solid and did not see any leaks Very comfortable bright and cheery Interior The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well there ,might be a few small scratches and nicks that you would have to get up close to see .Graphics look good ,awning does show some wear (see pictures and video . Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 90 miles and handles well no problems
